Yes, customers have a 30-day cooling-off period. After that, plans continue until the end of the coverage period. This protects both your dealership and the customer with clear expectations.

What vehicles can be protected?

We protect most used vehicles up to 15 years old with fewer than 150,000 miles. Specific eligibility depends on the vehicle's make, model, and condition. Our team can verify any vehicle quickly.

How do customers request repairs?

Plan holders, dealers or repairing garages raise a request via our website or call our Customer Services team, provide their plan number, and describe the issue. We aim to approve repairs within 90 minutes and arrange payment directly with the dealer or repairing garage . No paperwork hassle for your customers.

Do you handle roadside assistance?

Yes, 24/7 roadside assistance can be added to all of our plan tiers.
